Limited Edition: Silver Orient Express Medallions for the Royal Dutch Mint

It all started when…

An art director for the Royal Dutch Mint emailed to ask about purchasing the rights to a fanciful art deco illustration of the Orient Express I completed a while back. Thank you Google —this particular illustration keeps on coming up in searches and pin boards. It has previously been licensed to the Welsh National Opera and the Royal Geographic Society among others. For the Dutch Mint we chose to customize the composition and add in a couple celebrating with martini glasses.
